We need people to make decorations, fundraise and help out on the day. We need bar staff, people to set up, steward, litter pick, and take it all down. Contact us if you can help out.

 

Posters - we still need more volunteers to put up posters in shops, where you work etc. You can download the poster on the right, but please remember to tell us what area of Sheffield you are postering.

Flyers - if you can help with flyering (which is lots of fun because flyering nights usually involve pubs and a few drinks at the end of the night!) then let us know, with a contact number so we can give you a call.

 

Craft materials for the kids' area - materials, sequins, glue, scissors, coloured card, paint brushes etc - to make the workshops as spectacular as ever! We are also looking for bits of cloth for bunting. If you can donate then please contact us.

Tombola Prizes - Lots of love and appreciation for any prizes, we'll be happy to arrange picking them up.

 

There are Open Meetings at Cafe Euro (John Street, between London Rd and Bramhall Lane, near CCCs camping) from 6pm to 7.30pm, on: Tuesday 3rd June and Tuesday 10th June. The meetings are for anybody who wants to help so don't be shy!
